  I bought a kayak rack from them - After following their instructions to the letter, I mounted my kayak. My new, 300 dollar kayak flew off the roof of my car on route one. I contacted them - and they actually hung up on me. They gave me nothing and I'm down a kayak, and a lot of money. We can't find the kayak, we don't know where it's gone, and this company has the WORST customer service that ever existed. I'm dumbfounded and devastated. I'm just glad no body got hurt or worse.
