  Chris "the manager", who lied about his name and said he was the manager is some guy with long hair and glasses and ear piercings is very unprofessional and rude he placed my order for the warranty exchange phone last week when I came today to pick it up they couldn't give it to me because of a system fail, yet they took out my replacement phone in it's box but couldn't give it to me??? because of the system issue, when I asked him to call T-Mobile directly he didn't call! stated he "didn't know who to call?" "That nobody can help him with this issue that he would have to place another order so I can go pick it up another store?! and that I can call T-Mobile myself! The girl that was working with him some skinny girl with a cold sore on her lip and fake blonde hair (I didn't get her name) also was very rude and unprofessional when I asked her to help me then and stated she couldn't help me either and that if I wasn't satisfied to leave the store and that they had the right to refuse service to me...stay away from this store at all cost! Drive the extra miles and go elsewhere! When I called T-MOBILE and told them the situation they said he definitely could've called the retail line and asked for help and clarification! Now I have to wait for my replacement more time! The owner of this store should hire a more professional manager who has customer service skills...
