  Highly recommed Dr. Nguyen. He is a great doctor. BUT the office wait time is at least 45 mins. with an appointment. If you ever call the office no one answers. You have to leave a voicemail and you are lucky to get a call back. A patient expressed his concerns while I was waiting to be called and other patients in the office voiced they are having the same issues. The staff was defensive and didn't seem like they wanted the feedback. There is definetly a problem when more than 7 different patients are having the same exact issues. Five office staff and no one called their manager to the front desk. Hopefully the person managing the office and staff will get it together. Customer service is king!
