  Bad......bad......bad....... Bad ........tax preparer.......
  Our life was ruin because of luci Cabrera she mess up my tax return and ending up got audit from IRS and I though she really help us and my stupidity I trust here and I was so happy that I found someone that I though I could trust them.... But ending mess up thing and for 3 years dealing with the IRS and Franchise I ending up have a nitght mare and sweat and restless and I'm even crying to the franchise begging to them.... And they say I need your checking Acct and etc... You see how your life turn up side down because of the across street tax services do us and my families from this day I hope who ever read my review please trust your self not to go to them.......they messed up 3 years worth of taxes

  They make false deductions that results IRS audits. They filed my return with false deductions without me reviewing and signing off on it. They wouldnt even send me a copy of my return until summer. You might get a large return but trust me when I say you will be paying the government back every penny. On top of that they overcharge and have terrible customer service. Please save yourself and find a legitimate tax preparer. Repeat do not go here unless you want to be ripped off, treated poorly, end up owing the government money, end up getting audited, and getting the worst service ever. This has happened to several people I know. Also check out yelp for similar reviews to this one.
